Return & Quality Policy

All of our wall art is printed on demand, made to order, and produced locally — just for you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


No Standard Returns

Because every piece of wall art is custom-printed specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or design preferences.

We do not hold stock of pre-made items. Your order is produced fresh each time, which is why we cannot resell or restock returned goods.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as expected due to a production error, we will make it right at no cost to you.


Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, you are fully covered under our quality guarantee: physical damage during shipping, production defects such as misprints or blurry output, receiving the wrong item, or a package that was lost in transit.


How to Report an Issue

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Reports submitted after this window may not be eligible for a resolution.

  1. Take clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect.
  2. Email us with your order number and the photos attached, along with a brief description of the problem.
  3. Our team will review your claim, usually within 1 to 3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will send a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost Packages and Returned Orders

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we will refund the product cost when a new order is placed. You are responsible for the new shipping fee.


What Is Not Covered

The following are not eligible for a replacement or refund: colour variation within print tolerance, design errors in customer-uploaded files, change of mind, incorrect size selected at checkout, and claims submitted after 30 days.

Printing is a chemical process and minor colour variations can naturally occur between screens and physical prints. Variations within industry-standard tolerance levels are not considered defects and are not covered under this policy.
